We offer both domestic and international shipping. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or unexpected things outside our control (like weather or customs).

Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the shipping carrier — but if anything seems off, just reach out and we’ll help however we can! We're not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages, but we’ll always do our best to make sure you’re taken care of 💌

If you entered the wrong shipping address by mistake, please email us ASAP at info@bestieskinclub.com, and we’ll try to fix it if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Unfortunately, once it’s out the door, we can’t make changes — so double-check that address, bestie!
